pisoph Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

2.1  These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pisoph. They govern all use of the pisoph platform and all Services offered therein.

2.2  By completing the registration process for a pisoph account, or by logging in to an existing pisoph account and accessing any Service, you irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms in their current form.

2.3  These Terms must be read together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this agreement.

2.4  If you access the pisoph platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms, and "you" shall refer to both you and that person or entity.

3.1  To register a pisoph account and use the Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. PAGCOR regulations require a minimum age of 21 for participation in licensed online gaming in the Philippines. This requirement is strictly enforced by pisoph through document-based KYC verification.
• You must be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law or the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of, or located in, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited or where pisoph has determined that offering Services is restricted.
• You must not be accessing the pisoph platform in your capacity as a professional or semi-professional athlete in any sport upon which pisoph offers betting markets, where such access would constitute a conflict of interest or breach of applicable sports integrity rules.
• You must not have been previously excluded, self-excluded, or banned from the pisoph platform, or from any other PAGCOR-licensed gaming platform pursuant to a cross-platform exclusion order.

3.2  pisoph reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and residence at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension of the relevant account and withholding of any balance pending verification.

3.3  pisoph employees, contractors, officers, directors, and their immediate family members residing in the same household are not permitted to hold a real-money player account on the pisoph platform.

4.1  Each individual User is permitted to hold one (1) pisoph account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

4.2  During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to update your account information promptly if any of your details change. pisoph is not responsible for any adverse consequences arising from inaccurate or outdated information provided by the User.

4.3  KYC Verification. Before accessing real-money deposits, withdrawals, or gameplay, you are required to complete pisoph's KYC verification process. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Submission of a government-issued photo identification document (Philippine passport, SSS/UMID card, driver's license, or equivalent);
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document dated within 90 days);
• For withdrawals exceeding applicable thresholds, additional source-of-funds documentation may be required in compliance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements.

4.4  You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pisoph account login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials is deemed to be authorized by you. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, you must notify pisoph support immediately.

4.5  pisoph accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not assign, sell, transfer, or otherwise dispose of your account or any portion of your balance to any third party.

5.1  All deposits and withdrawals on the pisoph platform are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). pisoph does not maintain accounts in foreign currencies. Any conversion required by your payment provider is outside pisoph's control and at your own cost.

5.2  The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum single-transaction limits may apply depending on the chosen payment method and your account's current KYC verification tier. Specific limits are displayed on the Cashier page within your pisoph account.

5.3  pisoph accepts the following payment methods, subject to availability and applicable limits:

• GCash — Instant deposits and withdrawals via registered Philippine mobile wallet.
• Maya (formerly PayMaya) — Instant deposits and withdrawals via registered Philippine mobile wallet.
• BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank — Online bank transfer; processing times apply.
• 7-Eleven Cliqq — Cash-based over-the-counter deposits; withdrawal not available via this channel.
• USDT TRC20 — Cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals; network fees apply.
• Coins.ph — Philippine digital wallet; processing times and limits as displayed in Cashier.

5.4  Withdrawal requests are processed by pisoph within one (1) business day for GCash and Maya transactions, and within three (3) business days for bank transfer and other methods, subject to completion of any required verification checks.

5.5  pisoph reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, responsible gaming review, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. pisoph will communicate any such delay to the affected User within a reasonable timeframe.

5.6  Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit where technically possible. pisoph may, in certain circumstances and at its discretion, process withdrawals via an alternative verified payment method.

6.1  pisoph may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback awards, and other promotional incentives to eligible Users. All promotions are subject to individual promotion-specific terms which are published alongside each offer in the pisoph promotions section.

6.2  Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms, bonus funds credited to your pisoph account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are specified in the individual promotion terms.

6.3  Bonuses are credited to your pisoph account for your personal use only. You may not transfer, sell, or otherwise assign bonus entitlements to another User.

6.4  pisoph reserves the right to void bonus funds and any associated winnings if pisoph determines, in its reasonable judgment, that:

• The bonus was claimed in breach of the applicable promotion terms or these Terms & Conditions;
• The User engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer;
• The User employed a betting strategy specifically designed to exploit bonus wagering requirements in a manner inconsistent with normal gameplay.

6.5  pisoph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not adversely affect bonuses already credited and in the process of being wagered by affected Users in good faith.

6.6  VIP loyalty program terms, including tier thresholds and cashback percentages, are set out in the VIP program terms accessible from within your pisoph account and may be updated periodically. Current tier status is recalculated on a monthly basis.

7.1  All games available on the pisoph platform — including live dealer games, virtual table games, slots, bingo, and HRG Live — are governed by individual game rules which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules prevail for that game.

7.2  Certified RNG. All virtual (non-live) games on pisoph utilise a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been tested and certified by an independent testing laboratory meeting PAGCOR's technical standards. The RNG ensures that game outcomes are random, unpredictable, and not influenced by previous results.

7.3  Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages published for each game reflect the theoretical long-run statistical return calculated on the basis of the certified RNG. Actual returns in any individual session may vary significantly from the theoretical RTP.

7.4  In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or communication failure that affects the integrity of a round or wager, pisoph reserves the right to void the affected round and return any real-money stakes placed on that round to the relevant Users' account balances. Bonus funds will be reinstated at pisoph's discretion consistent with the applicable promotion terms.

7.5  pisoph does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to any game or Service. Scheduled maintenance, provider outages, and regulatory requirements may result in temporary game unavailability. pisoph will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance periods.

8.1  The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pisoph platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles pisoph to immediately suspend or permanently close the relevant account and void any associated balances or winnings:

• Fraudulent activity: Use of stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments to fund a pisoph account or conduct transactions.
• Money laundering: Use of the pisoph platform to launder, conceal, or convert funds derived from illegal activity. pisoph complies fully with the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act and will report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in live dealer poker or sports betting.
• Use of bots or automated tools: Deploying software, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to automate play, exploit game mechanics, or circumvent platform security measures.
• Exploitation of software errors: Deliberately exploiting any software error, bug, or misconfiguration to obtain a financial advantage. Winnings obtained through such exploitation are void.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal on any pisoph deposit without first raising the matter with pisoph support and allowing a reasonable time for resolution.
• Impersonation: Representing yourself as another User, pisoph employee, or PAGCOR official.
• Underage access: Accessing or attempting to access the pisoph platform while under the age of 21.

9.1  pisoph is committed to responsible gaming. We recognise that for a small proportion of players, gambling can become problematic. The pisoph platform provides a range of tools to help Users maintain control over their gaming activity.

9.2  The following responsible gaming tools are available to all pisoph account holders via the Account Settings section:

• Deposit limits — Daily, weekly, and monthly PHP deposit caps that take effect immediately upon setting and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period.
• Session time limits — Maximum session duration alerts after which the User is prompted to end the session.
• Reality checks — Periodic on-screen notifications displaying total time played and net session result.
• Self-exclusion — Temporary (30 days, 90 days, 6 months) or permanent exclusion from all pisoph gaming products. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.

9.3  If you are experiencing difficulties with your gambling behaviour, we encourage you to use the self-exclusion tool and to seek support from PAGCOR's responsible gaming programme. Further detail on available resources is available on the Responsible Gaming page.

9.4  pisoph may, at its discretion and without prior notice, impose responsible gaming restrictions on an account where pisoph identifies patterns of play that indicate potential problem gambling behaviour. Such restrictions are applied in good faith and in compliance with our PAGCOR licensing obligations.

10.1  pisoph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a User's account at any time, without prior notice, where pisoph determines in its reasonable judgment that any of the following apply:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• The User has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• The User is found to be under the age of 21;
• pisoph is required to do so by a PAGCOR directive, court order, or applicable law;
• pisoph has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct;
• The User has been absent from the platform for a period of twenty-four (24) consecutive months (account dormancy).

10.2  Upon permanent account closure for cause (i.e., due to breach by the User), any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where account closure is not for cause — for example, at the User's own voluntary request — pisoph will return the verified real-money balance to the User via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe following completion of any pending withdrawal verification.

10.3  Dormant accounts may be subject to an inactivity fee of ₱50 per calendar month after 24 consecutive months of no login activity, applied against the account balance until it reaches zero or the User reactivates the account by logging in. pisoph will send advance email notice before applying dormancy fees.

11.1  The pisoph platform, including all software, design elements, trademarks, logos, game content (where licensed to pisoph), text, graphics, and user interface components, is the intellectual property of pisoph or its licensors. All rights are reserved.

11.2  You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pisoph platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes, subject to your compliance with these Terms.

11.3  You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any part of the pisoph platform without pisoph's prior written consent, except as permitted by applicable law.

11.4  The pisoph name and logo are trademarks of pisoph. You may not use the pisoph name, logo, or any confusingly similar designation for any purpose without pisoph's prior written authorisation.

12.1  The pisoph platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pisoph makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

12.2  pisoph shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the pisoph platform;
• Any loss of real-money funds resulting from legitimate game outcomes;
• Technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or device incompatibility;
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.

12.3  Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these Terms limits pisoph's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

12.4  pisoph's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising from or connected with these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money balance standing in that User's pisoph account at the time the relevant claim arises.

13.1  pisoph collects, stores, processes, and uses your personal data in accordance with the pisoph Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and complies with the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.

13.2  By creating a pisoph account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the sharing of such data with PAGCOR and other regulatory or law enforcement bodies where required by law.

13.3  pisoph employs industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption and secure credential hashing, to protect your personal and financial information. However, no online platform can guarantee absolute security, and you acknowledge that you transmit data to pisoph at your own risk.

14.1  These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

14.2  pisoph operates under a license issued by PAGCOR. The pisoph platform is subject to the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR and all applicable Philippine gaming laws and regulations.

14.3  Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through pisoph's internal dispute resolution process (see Section 16) shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the City of Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines.

14.4  If you access pisoph from outside the Philippines, you do so at your own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction. pisoph makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or legally available in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.

15.1  pisoph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date.

15.2  pisoph will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of material changes to these Terms — typically a minimum of seven (7) calendar days — via email to your registered address and/or a notice displayed upon your next login to the pisoph platform.

15.3  Your continued use of the pisoph platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.

15.4  pisoph recommends that you review these Terms periodically. The "Last Revised" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently updated.

16.1  If you have a question, concern, or complaint regarding these Terms or any aspect of the pisoph platform, you should first contact pisoph's customer support team, who are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via live chat from within your pisoph account dashboard, or by email at support at pisoph.club.

16.2  Dispute Resolution Process. pisoph maintains a formal dispute resolution procedure. To initiate a formal dispute:

• Submit a written description of your dispute, including all relevant account details, transaction references, and the outcome you are seeking, to pisoph support via email;
• pisoph will acknowledge receipt of your dispute within two (2) business days and will endeavour to provide a substantive response within fourteen (14) business days;
• If you are not satisfied with pisoph's response, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR using PAGCOR's public complaint channels.

16.4  Nothing in this Section 16 prevents either party from seeking interim or urgent injunctive relief from a competent court where necessary to protect their rights pending the outcome of the dispute resolution process.
